Hobart 20-Quart Mixer with SS bowl, paddle, and whip. Great mixer! I bought it 4 years ago, reconditioned, and have used it gently (only about 175 wedding cakes). One wire is broken off the whip. VERY HEAVY - bring 2-3 people to lift it.

Garland electric convection oven with rolling cart. Has been
great for me, but there are 3 small quirks you should know about:
(1) light doesn't work and it's not just a matter of changing bulb
(2) fan can't be shut off while oven is on
(3) it blows old crumbs around (do all convection ovens do that?) and
you can't prevent it completely even by vacuuming out the oven - so
instead you can see I have two half-sheet pans on bottom of oven. I
keep them there, sprayed with Baker's Joy, so they can trap the
crumbs.

can see this is how I did my sample cakes. This way I could make up
a batch and freeze them. I would bring the icing separately in
little condiment cups. It worked out great - I didn't need to spend
time decorating samples, and the customers could mix-and-match cake with
icing.

Set of round-bottom cake pans. These are meant for
fondant cakes, but I only did buttercream. I loved them when I was
making chocolate cake and had to bevel the top edge - if I used
straight-bottom pans, I risked letting chocolate cake show through.
The set includes 6", 8", 9", 10", 12",
14", 16". They are all 3" deep.

I have two complete sets of
6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,18". All are 2" high. Most of these pans are Linnea
or Pfeil & Holing (because they are nice and thick); only the 6"
pans are Wilton. $40 per set.
Ask if you don't want a set but are looking for a specific size - I
have some extras of several sizes, including some 3" high pans. |

Novacart gold boards (the thick style). I have almost
every size they make. They are beautiful, fast,
convenient. I liked to hot-glue a white corrugated board to the
bottom of the larger ones for support. I have about $275 worth
of them, and will sell the lot for $90. |
